Eric Gantek is always thorough, professional, friendly and courteous, as is everyone I have dealt with in the service department. Eric went out of his way to obtain clips for a lift gate strut which did not come with the strut I had purchased online. Lesson learned - buy the strut from Wade and avoid the problem to begin with. Thank you, Eric!

I'd like to thank Wade Ford for helping me drive away in my brand new Ford Fiesta. Everyone I dealt with from internet sales, customer care, and the financial office offered 5 star customer service. I would especially like to thank my Sale Rep, Ralph for helping me every step of the way. We were there a bit longer than expected (due to paper wars between the bank and what not) but my two friends and I were offered food vouchers for their restaurant and we were entertained and made comfortable the entire time! I would definitely recommend wade Ford and look forward to shopping with them in the future!

My experience has been very good
Eric has been a great service advisor. The service happened in a timely manner. They gave me a ride to the office during one service event and worked with Ford to provide a loaner truck during a warranty service that took more time. So far my experience has been very good at Wade Ford. They have been a solid part of the community for many years. I first bought from them in 1984.
